Addisyn N. Farrell, the infant daughter of Lucas and Natalie Norman Farrell, died Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2011, at her home in Lafayette. She was born Jan. 6, 2011

Surviving with her parents is a sister, Mariah Phillips, at home.

Also surviving are maternal grandparents, David and Stellia Norman of Lafayette; paternal grandparents, Kelly E. and Becky Farrell of West Point; and paternal great-grandmother, Shirley Farrell of West Point
