RUGGED BUT MOST LOVING ..... TEARS IN MY EYES & IN MY MIND & PAIN IN ME ..........

February 19, 2016

Adejire Olusegun my own blood whose love stands like a oak tree in my heart only lived for 36 years before his untimely demise whose pain & wound is still fresh in my soul ..... My brother was a rear germ which i never knew of until his untimely demise but the love he shared on the street came back to him even while he was away on the journey of no return .... The street spoke well of him even while we(family) thought he was astray ! Bruv Jire, even if i continue to type in words i will stay up all day and night till we meet again before i rest my page ! We love you but i think God loves you more even though i doubt his love but am still positive he gave you up for a reason ! Sleep on JARULE ..............

ADEJIRE THE LOVER BOY AND FATHER

February 17, 2016

Most  men his age run after girls, but not Jire Olusegun. He was  not that type even on attaining poverty. The story changed when Jire went for NYSC to the south esatern part of Nigeria where he met Tosin ,a quiet easy going girl. They courted for 8years before getting married  in  May 2014.I never saw a lady with Jire before and after Tosin, that is the character of Jire.A total loyal fellow who holds integrity dearly. They are blessed with a son named by Jire himself as Iyimide Olusegun.Oh ,how he dotted around his son bonding for the future roles he never got to play.
Jire never missed out in family events. Our last outing together was the burial ceremony of our maternal uncle and his own grand uncle ,the Kabiyesi where Adejire as usual was in charge  of the guests of the ADEPOJU's
Words can never express our loss and emptiness but the comfort was in the goodbye phrase you muttered "Iam going Home". Even on your sick bed at Ondo General Hospital, you ensured the welfare of your dad was addressed by making funds available to him.You were the bridge builder amongst your sibblings reaching out to the other Oluseguns.I know how protective you were of Wale and Yinka . I  remembered Shade's wedding when you came pleading so that no one is embarassed and let old wounds heal. That was you ,Adejire, may your soul rest in peace.Your grand parents dots over you and mama Loye Adebolaji, say hi them all, even though they must had frowned at your leaving so soon. Nature played it out that you rested with those that loved you dearly.
Goonight Adejire our son, brother, father, husband, nephew, cousin and friend.surely, you left too soon Adejire liki a comet

THE GUY CALLED JARULE

February 17, 2016

Defintely I missed it here just  as many of us,though we love you!!!.I knew you as a mobiliser, always loving to hang out with friends and for this I disagred with you ,always wondering why you preferred to hang out with the boys.In death, the answer became clearer and I respect you more for your own choice of ministry. From the testimonies,I realised you accomplished more than most ordained ministers on the pulpit !.Tears streamed from me and I hated myself so much reading testimonies of so many lives, successful  lives you turned around. You were sunshine in your world, where you prevent the innocent from falling into the pit. You are known not to like or engage in conflicts and resolve them quickly when they arose. You were known never to use abusive words, your english and accents was imecable like your parents and you simply smile and walk away in the face of anger. You are a friend who understood the full meaning of loyalty and this you demand from your friends at all times.A loyal friend who stands by his own in times of need and ensure they get out of the predicament. One told of a story of how you took him to Kabiyesi to get a refrence letter.I know how you and your friends worked tirelessly as youths to support the government you belief in.Surely they all miss you as attested to in the candle light procession where Ondo and IleOlji towns stood still for the burial of a 36 year old with more than 50cars in your last convey to where all mortals end their dreams and journey.
ADIEU ADEJIRE, OUR SON,FRIEND,BROTHER,COUSIN ,FATHER ,NEPHEW AND LOVER/HUSBAND .SURELY,YOU LEFT SO SOON.

ADEJIRE THE RUGGED ABURO

February 17, 2016

Adejire grew up in the midst of love, born in Ikere and delivered by Dr. Dupe Olupona,a doctor and family friend at the hospital while the mother was a teacher at Amoye Grammer School. That special day is special to me to this day.I never had the head knowledge of how delivries are done,so all I did was to jon my precious sweet sister, your mum to cry till you came forth. What a pain to watch you go so soon. You cheated us your uncles and aunties. We thought you would be there to guide and direct the younger ones.Like a commet in the sky,you moved so fast and left too soon love, leaving us all broken hearted.
After graduation, securing a job became tough like most Nigerian youths ,you worked in DTI Engineering company as the procurement officer and posted to Oshogbo, went to acquire additional skills in automobile maintenance and worked briefly  at PSHA.Death was unkind to take you like a candle in the wind when all was begining to fall into place. How do we explain your death, destined to be?Sure you went too soon Jire, dotted on so much as a little boy as the first grandchild.
