Mr. Allen Terry Lovelace, the son of the late Wiley (Sr.) and Johnnie Mae Reed Lovelace, was born October 11, 1954 in Chambers County, AL. He departed this life on January 25, 2016 at West GA Medical Center, LaGrange, GA.

He accepted Christ at an early age and joined Friendship Baptist Church, Gabbettville, GA.

“Terry”, as he was known to many, was a member of the 1973 graduation class of West Point High School. After high school he attended the Atlanta Technical College, where he received an Automotive Painting Certificate.

Terry was employed by Cenpro Tire for ten years and Smoker Craft Company for five years. After leaving Smoker Craft, he became self-employed as an auto body repairman with over 35 years of service.

Terry’s love was racing and painting cars.

He was preceded in death by a grandson, Ar’Jaden Booker and two brothers, Wiley (Jr.) and Grover Lovelace.

Terry leaves to cherish his memories: three sons, Gwenorris (Consuelo) Booker, West Point, GA; Al (Yashika) Morgan, LaGrange, GA and Quarnandez (Sonya) Booker, Lanett, AL; one granddaughter, Kaislegh E. Todd-Booker, West Point, GA; one sister, Dorothy (Elliott) Huff, Cleveland, OH; two sisters-in-law, Louise Lovelace and Dorothy Booker, West Point, GA; one aunt Omega Hill, Cannonville, GA; four nieces, three nephews, a host of cousins and other relatives and friends.
