Buster was born in LaGrange on Sunday, June 28, 1953 He accepted Christ as his savior as a young adult and was Baptist by faith. Buster worked for Woodbury Business Forms for 26 years, and his current employer, Fresenius Medical Care at Hogansville Dialysis Clinic, since 2007.

He is survived by two brothers, Mike (Dawn) Parmer and Wayne Parmer, of LaGrange, his girl friend of 22 years, Donna Spradlin, of LaGrange. Niece: Amy (Joseph) Doss of Lagrange. Nephews: Jeremy Parmer of Austell, GA and Chuck (Christen) Parmer of Pine Mountain, GA. He leaves behind many great nieces and nephews, and his extended family, Michelle Spradlin, William Black and Isacc and Beth Spradlin. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alvin and Juanita Parmer, sister; Teresa Parmer and brother Douglas Phillips..
