Our Most Beloved Egbon,
You showed us what it means to perform your responsibility to God and Man. You touched so many lives through your brilliant mind and cheerful disposition. You made us proud to be Nigerian Americans.
May your soul rest in peace.

EUOLOGY IN REMEBRANCE OF THE FINEST DIPLOMAT; AMBASSADOR ADEBOWALE IBIDAPO ADEFUYE.

If Only Death will take Money; It could have been paid a billion Dollars;

If Only Death will take Cars; It could have been paid with an Exotic Limousine;

If Only Death will take Cloths; It could have been paid with the Priciest Organza Lace;

If Only Death will take Food; It could have been paid with the most delicious Ikokore Ijebu;

If Only Death will take Romance; It could have be paid with romantic getaway in Paris or Tokyo;

If Only Death will take Rubies; It could have been paid with Expensive Emeralds;

If Only Death will take Trophy; It could have been paid with the golden FIFA World Cup;

If Only Death will take Flowers; It could have been paid with arrays of Lilly of the valley;

If Only Death will take an aircraft; It could have been paid with a Concorde Jetliner;

If Only Death will take a mansion; It could have been paid with a Buckingham Palace Replica;

However Death does not covet all this replaceable items, rather it chose to snatch the breath of life in the Finest Diplomat; It chose to wither an early morning glory’s flower; It chose to mine the fresh field of extremely precious metals; it chose to remove the sweetened taste in freshly brewed Cuban coffee; it chose to steal the aroma of the greatest chef classic food; It chose to cause a sudden sunset in the middle of Early Sunrise in blue sky; It chose to inject turbulence in already calm waters; Death took away the pride of African Continent in North America; It took away the beacon of light within the Nigerian community; It took away the true hero of Ogun State; It took away the illustrious son of Ijebu Igbo; It took away the Son of Adefuye; It took away the servant of the most High creator; It took away Adebowale Ibidapo Adefuye suddenly.

Haa! Death you are too callous; You are too evil; You are too disappointing; You are too frugal and too frigid; You took away from us the Finest Diplomat in the Western hemisphere. Oh death where is your sting? Oh death where is your sword?

ADIEU THE FINEST DIPLOMAT OF THE MOMENT. REST IN PEACE AND SLEEP ON IN THE BOSOMS OF THE FATHER.

Orun Rere o.
