Andrew Houston was born November 24, 1930 to the late Otha and Bell Houston.  On March 16, 2012, he was called home to be with the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. 

He was a member of Lowes Temple United Methodist Church in Grantville, Georgia.  He served in the United States Army for seven years. 

He was married to the late Ola Mae Barker.  He left wonderful memories that will be cherished by his loved ones forever.

He is survived by his children, Linda and Brenda Houston, Miraim  Gray of Atlanta, GA, Gail Houston of  Newnan, GA, Deborah Coleman of Stone Mountain, GA, Mark Houston of Newnan, GA, Tracey (Anthony) Geter of Newnan, GA, Mallonie Houston and Julius Sims of Newnan, GA, Travis (Tiffany) Houston of Newnan, GA, Lee Roy Clements of Alvaton, GA; step children, Evelyn, Virginia and Willie Thompson, Linda, Brenda and Richard Swindle, all of Newnan, GA and the late Judy L. (Chester) Stephens of Patomic, Maryland;  Nephews, Herman Houston of Atlanta, GA and Myron (Joanne) Houston of Lithonia, GA; Grandchildren, Bryant, Wendell, Kalvin, Chris, Corey, Marshayla, Mario, Antrella, Kayla, Breanna, Jocelyn,  Julius, Jaden, Justin, A’Terria, Jamorrious, LaDiamond, Taylor, and Tyler; and a host of great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
