Ms. Anna Smith was an only child and the mother of three children, Sanchez, Laquese, and Mario.  She often referred to her children as, "me and my three." Anna had a cheerful and giving spirit, a helpful heart, and a hollywood smile.  She was also a dedicated mother and friend.  Anna enjoyed her life with a lot of laughter and an easy going attitude.  If there was one thing that Anna believed in, it was doing the very best with what she had and not complaining.  Anna loved to walk and ride the bus, as she could not drive. Anna enjoyed volunteering her time as a crossing guard for the children walking to and from school.  She would say 3rd Avenue was too dangerous for little kids to cross alone.  Anna also loved pizza and french fries on Fridays for dinner, ribs cooked in the oven, potato salad and almost anything sweet. 

Even though Anna faced many challenges, she remained positive, upbeat, hopeful, and greatful for her life and her children.  If anyone had the opportunity to meet Anna, they met a beautiful kind hearted woman who will truly be missed by her family, friends, and those who cared for her.  I thank God again and again for the priviledge and opportunity to be a part of Anna's life.  I will always remember the life and love you shared and I thank you Ms. Anna J. Smith.
