My Legacy to My Grandchildren Would Be

January 3, 2013

Please remember that life is not always easy -- but it is always worth living.  Love is important and love in the family will always see you through any problem.  Keep close to your family at all times.  They will always be there for you.

Keep life-long friends and be sure and finish your schooling.  This will be important to you later in life.  Be responsible for your mistakes, as well as the good things that come to you.

Last, but not least, listen to your parents and elders.  You may not agree or think they know anything, but they have lived awhile longer and want you to be happy and not make the mistakes they may or may not have made.  The day will come when you will think "Gee, I wish I had listened" or maybe "How glad I am I did!"

Remember how much I love you all, and how wonderful you have made life for me.
