Arthur preston rotz aka uncle pokie or pres was the oldest of three boys to Arthur Fairfax rotz and mary Catherine reitzel.he worked at the ap store As a bagger and stocker.he graduated from cashs.he started giving blood on a dare and gave blood up till he got sick with cancer only missing two times once for national guard and being sick with a cold.he enlisted in the national guards as a cook.he also became a member of the franklin fire company as a firefighter and fire police.he married faye elizabeth junkins on Dec 20 1960 at the first church of god . They had three children barbara, bradley,and nicky preston worked and retired from James river as a press worker and Maintenance worker. He also has two grandchildren jeremy and nicky jr and four great grandchildren aaron,orion,colleen and katie.he died on Dec the 13 2002 after losing his battle to cancer.
