Hey Aunt Ava,
It’s Christmas time again! Another year remembering you. I’m working hospice now and I NOW know what it truly means to take care of your loved ones and making them comfortable! Luther Christmas song just came on seconds before I started writing them! We cherish those days but hey you’re with Dad for Christmas. We love, miss and will forever keep yall in our hearts! Hey Auntie your day had came and passed and I didn't notice and not because I didn't want to but because of the pain that's still lingering inside. To this day you still are deeply missed and this family is still torn. I wish we could just get one more day to hit and LOVE on you but questioning and wondering wnt help so i not ask. Its the time of season and you not here to celebrate with us but your never left out at least not in spirit. Give both Jeretha and grandma a kiss for me. It’s Christmas time and boy do I remember the traditional blue cannsugar cookies with the crystals and pecans and peppermints. I wish you can see PapaChula (Damaris) and OMG Jax! Hey girlfriend it’s been 8 yrs you left us and this family ain’t been the same as you can see. I miss you sooo much wish you was here but they say never question Gods work but at this time I need to talk to you cuz I know you would understand my problems and will give me some good advice. Mrs. Ava Cassandra Thomas-McShon was the most dedicated,devoted, outgoing and most of all respectful person i've ever meet. She was loved by many people. When Ava set her heart on any project she made sure she done it with her best ability. Ava wasnt just an Aunt, Sister and friend she was a mother-like figure to many of the THomas kids. She changed her address on December 19, 2009 to be reunited with the Lord. Ava changed alot of people lives with her warm smile and caring heart. We (The THomas Family) misses her so much , but we know she watches down on us. You will forever remain in our hearts!!! WE LUV U AUNT AVA!!! U LEFT TOO SOON!!! XOXOXOX
