"HAS ANYONE SEEN MY FRIEND - DEJI FALAE (PADDY MI GALALA)?
A year has gone and I am still stunned as I can't believe that you have gone forever. I have asked myself a thousand & 1 how questions. You & I spoke and we sort of finalised arrangement for meeting up for my Dad's funeral at Ekiti on 02/11/13, only to get an emergency call on 03/10/11 that you had been involved in an air crash. I called your number continuously the whole day praying hard & hoping that you'll pick-up your call to tell me 'Paddy mi mo wapa', but it was never to be.
We go way back to our university days at OAU IFE - walking up to me & striking up a conversation & thereon becoming buddies, moving on to the NYSC Orientation Camp Ipaja Lagos & both of us being posted to Dubri Oil Company Ltd V/I for our national service. Despite moving on to our respective sojourn, we always remained close -family, business & political plans. You were a kind, straightforward & humble gentleman, whose loss is irreplaceable. There is no time when I think of you that I dont shed tears even as I write this tribute.
My family's thought & prayers goes out to the Falaes (Daddy,Mummy & Siblings) over this sad & needless loss (I know Bro you dont fly locally - we leave the rest to God), may God keep, comfort you & heal your hearts. To numerous friends all over the world, who have taken time out to reachout to the family & keep Deji's memory alive - may God cause his face to shine upon you, ordain your footsteps, keep you from danger & reward you abundantly.
Its kind of hard you're not around because every step I take, every move I make, every single day I miss you bro.
Till we meet to part no more, in my heart I'll always keep my friend:
"O God give me the power & serenity to change that which can be changed, accept that which cannot be changed and let me know the difference between the two. Amen"
Good night "Paddy mi Galala"
Paddy o ri Paddy mo
Ha! O ma se o...."
"Happy birthday Ayodeji and may you continue to rest in peace. The Lord will continue to uphold Your children, your wife and your family. The Lord will continue to abide with us your friends you left behind.
Sleep well my brother..."

"Memory is a lovely lane,
Where hearts are ore ever true.
A lane I so often travel down,
Because it leads to you.
Always smile instead of frown,
Always a hand when one is down;
Always true, thoughtful and kind,
Wonderful memories he left behind"
"It is almost a year now that you departed this sinful world, though it is painful and loosing you is like missing the heaven. We are all comforted by the blueprint of the works you left behind.
