Well it has been a year now....still miss you & can't understand why you left us at such a young age! We all still have wonderful thoughts of you & your beautiful smile. Just know that we all love you & miss you!!
Barbara Elaine Moss Lunsford, 53, a lifetime resident of Granville County passed away Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at her home.
A native of Granville County, the daughter of the late Dorothy Wilkins Moss. She was a member of Stem United Methodist Church and worked at Central Regional Hospital in Patient Relations.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 P.M. Sunday, July 27, 2014 at Stem United Methodist Church by Rev. Brock Myer. Burial will be in South Granville Memorial Gardens in Stem.
Surviving are her husband, Lawrence Lunsford of the home, a son, Justin Michael Moore of Oxford, two stepchildren; Laurie L. Long (Billy) and William Jason Lunsford both of Oxford, her father, James “Jim” B. Moss of Oxford, four grandsons and a sister, Nancy Dickerson (Woodrow) of Oxford.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Stem United Methodist Church Food Bank, 111 N. Old Hwy 75, Stem, N.C. 27581.
Visitation will be held Sunday, July 27, 2014 from 1:30 – 3:00 P.M. prior to the service at Stem United Methodist Church in Stem.

Nancy and family,I was so shocked of finding Barbara had passed away, I remember her as a sweet tag along kid at high school football games with Nancy and Becky and later as a young mother working at Murdoch. May you find peace knowing she is in God's loving arms.
