As a youngster you were full of activity, questioning everything, and talking our ears off when we were all together. We know the great joy of your life was, Nick and Allie, your beloved twins. Barrie Anne Maguire, 49, passed away unexpectedly on 4/24/12 in Douglasville, GA. She graduated from Campbell High School, Smyrna, GA and was born in Fairfax County, VA, on 12/29/62. She is survived by her children, Nickolas James and Allison Elizabeth Maguire, 17; parents, Barry and Geri Evans Maguire; brothers Michael and Christopher and sister Patty Lange.

My heart is heavy posting this. Barrie & I shared the pregnancy and birth of our children just 3mos apart when we worked at WH Smith together. I'm glad I had the chance to reconnect with her in 2010 through FB. She was always such a sweet and caring lady and mother. I pray for comfort for her twins and her family. She will be greatly missed. RIP Barrie <3

I have avoided posting, hoping it's not true. That maybe she faked it all and is on an island. It wasn't until earlier when a friend reminded me that the last thing she posted was a picture to me that I let reality sink in. Barrie was one of the most genuinely caring and loving people around. In her last few days she seemed to have found peace. Godspeed baby. Don't forget your sunscreen :)
