2 1/2 years ago, I had the pleasure of experiencing the Barry Odow "High Roller" treatment in Wendover, NV.  Barry, Bruce & Nancy took my Aunt Kazie, my cousin Cheri, my son Alex and me to the Rainbow Casino.  It was only a day/evening trip, but filled with lots of fun!

When we arrived to the Rainbow Casino, I am not exagerrating when I say that both Barry and Bruce are treated like Royalty when they are there.  They know everyone and are greeted warmly by all the employees.  It was our luck that we were with them and got the same treatment.  Our first stop at the Rainbow Casino was for lunch.  We enjoyed a full comp lunch that was delicious.  We were then off to gamble.  Because my son was not 21 years old, Barry arranged to get my son the "Barry Odow Suite" which is the room Barry would always stay in as it was on the 2nd floor located right next to the elevator.  This made it quick & easy for me to check in on my son periodically who enjoyed the room as he brought his Playstation to hook up to the big screen TV.  Barry, Bruce, Cheri and I decided to go play Blackjack.  The casino was busy and we could not find a Blackjack table to accommodate us all.  So what does the casino do?  They open up a new table so we can all play together.  That was so impressive!  We enjoyed playing Blackjack, Slots & Video Poker for a few hours and it was time for dinner.  Barry and Bruce arranged a really nice dinner comped at the Peppermill Casino this time.  Again, it was delicious and first class!

This was one of the many great times I had with Barry and will always cherish the times we spent together.
