"Hi Uncle Bayo,
Today is your birthday and I wish you a very happy birthday! I miss you everyday. Rest in peace dear uncle."
"Happy birthday uncle B...I miss you and you will forever remain in my heart!!"
"A Remembrance on Your Birthday
Happy birthday! Happy birthday! On this special day, I wish to let you know that you are not forgotten. You are in my daily thoughts and I miss you a lot. You may not be physically here with me, but I know that you, papa, mama, Niyi and Nola are watching over me. Your birthday is always a fond reminder that you were a brother who selflessly gave without expecting anything in return. You sacrificed so much to make certain that I realized my academic goals.
On this special day I miss our phone conversations. Your voice was always a source of encouragement and comfort. I will never forget your phone calls on my birthday. I miss hearing your voice and the pleasure derived from anticipating those early morning calls.
On this special day, I miss our talks and walks whenever I visited home. Our meals together and conversations were always graced and filled with warmth and love. The evening walks down and beyond Anjo street were enjoyable and a constant reminder that I was home. I cannot forget the times we went to Victoria Club just to be with each other and enjoy our times together.
Even when I am faced with life’s challenges, I know that you are with me. I will always love you and will continue to do so.
"I'm late in finding this news. R.I.P. Bayo. Your sister Genevieve is my good friend. My condolences to the family. My prayers are with you all."

"I do not remember meeting him in life, but working on the programme that celebrated his life, reading his biography and the tributes paid to him, I felt truly touched by the extraordinary life of this man who was born on the same day as my brother and died on my birthday. My sincere condolences to the family he left behind. Sis Genevieve, take heart. Those we love don,t go away!"

"Mon très cher cousin,
C'est Dieu qui décide. Il a choisi de te rappeler à ses côtés et nous ne pouvons que nous incliner même si ça fait mal.
Veille de là où tu es maintenant sur les tiens.
""Bayo, it seemed like only yesterday when we were working in Limbe. I was devasted by the news that you had gone to the Lord and it is with a heavy heart that I pen this few words. I know that you will continue to guide and protect us as you had always done. May those you have left behind find strength knowing that we will never forget and we will always be there for them. So long bro."
"A quiet sadness, a longing for one more day, one more word, one more touch, we may not understand why you left this earth so soon, or why you left before we were ready to say good-bye, but little by little, we begin to remember not just that you died, but that you lived. And that your life gave us memories too beautiful to forget. Rest in Peace!"
"Bro, God saw you getting tired and the cure was not there so he put his arms around you and whispered, " come to me." Although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands to rest. In the meantime rest in peace, we all belong to the Lord and some day we will join you in the sweet by and by."
"A Mon cher cousin
La vie est un voyage. Ton sejour sur cette terre restera inoubliable. Que le Seigneur te recoive dans son royaume. Tu nous manqueras .Rip
Your passing disheartens me, but I am comforted and inspired by your selfless love and the sacrifices you made to benefit the entire family. I will cherish our times together and your quiet words of encouragement and wisdom. Love you bro! - 'Jide Torimiro"
you have always called me your daughter and truly I am, because I spent most of my youth with you. You raised me, you trained me to be who I am today, and I will always have you close to my heart. I am glad I was able to talk you one last time before God called you home, although you told me you were fine! Rest in peace Uncle Bayo."
Thank God for giving you to me as a brother & the life you lived for Him. You taught me a thing or two from wisdom gained from Him. He has called you HOME to be with Him. Rest in His bosom till we meet to part no more. Good night my brother. Rest in Peace
Love you forever....Mammie Silo Lea Ndando"
You finished the race and your gentle soul now rests. Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord for they rest from their labors. Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted. Rest dear brother, we will see you in the morning.
Nsela, AJ, Didi & Eyu"

May all the values he stand for in his life take root now in the great family and friends he's leaving behind
