Mr. Benjamin Jordan, Jr. was born August 23, 1937 in Bullock County, AL. He was the son of the late Benjamin Jordan, Sr. and Dollie Mae Jordan. He confessed Christ at an early age where he joined Hayes Hill Baptist Church. He attended Hayes Hill Public School. He was employed by Coke Cola Bottling Company for over thirty-seven years.

He transitioned into eternal rest Wednesday, February 18, 2015. A homegoing celebration will be held Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. from the sanctuary of Hayes Hill Baptist Church. Words of comfort will be delivered by Rev. Henry Streeter, Pastor. Interment will follow in the Hayes Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mr. Jordan was also preceded in death by three children and three brothers.

He leaves to cherish his memories, a loving and devoted wife of 28 years; six daughters, Olivia Jordan, Doris (Robert) Williams, Debra (Johnny) Henderson, Sonja (Jimmy) Waltons, all of Columbus, GA, Shantell (Patrick) Adams, Fort Mitchell, AL and Debra King, Atlanta, GA; three sons, Tornez Jordan, Atlanta, GA, Marickus Coppin, Phenix City, AL and Freeman K. King, Midway, AL; five sisters, Callie Mae Dozier, Dolly Jordan, both of Atlanta, GA, Annie (Donald) Adams, Brenda Hill, both of Midway, AL and Elvira Person Robbin; five brothers, Eddie Jordan, Morris Jordan, both of Atlanta, GA, Willie (Vern) Jordan, Otis Jordan, all of Columbus, GA and Terry (Rosa) Jordan, Hurtsboro, AL; thirty-eight grandchildren, thirty-three great-grandchildren; eight sisters-in-law, Stella Jordan, Willie Mae (Jessie), Vern (Willie), Brenda (Stan), Doris (Sammie), Terri (Rick), Stella Hollway and Rosie (Terry); three brothers-in-law, Issac (Cill), Mathew and Donald (Annie) Adams; along with a host of nieces nephes, cousins, other relatives and friends.
