MY SELFISH HEART JUST WAS NOT READY FOR YOU TO GO. But I ask Jesus to forgive me for that. I could see it in your eyes, that you were ready to go, to that perfect place, Jesus had prepared just for you. Perfect peace, no more pain, no more heartache, no sickness, never to grow old. I see you now , and I never want to see you now. I must work while it is day, so that someday HE WILL WELCOME ME TOO. 

Bernard was born March 10, 1968 to Deacon Jack Tasby & Deaconess Geraldine Tasby. He was their 4th born child. (Patricia,Jackie,Vincent ) As when Moma brought Vincent home he had a head full curly locks & was a beautiful baby,we were so anxious to hold him, so Jackie & I expected the same with Rudolphus Bernard Tasby.............not so........he was little, hardly had any hair, & had a cow-lick. We were not so anxious to hold "little Nardy" But even then he had a sweet spirit so we got on to hold him & love him, just as we did Vincent.


Bernard always had a smart mouth, never knew when to shut up. That mouth got him in lots of trouble with Moma.


We became the best of friends when he grew up & I miss him with all that's in me. I don't claim to know why he's gone. However I believe in the Lord & our Saviour Jesus Christ.    I don't know why, but Thanks Be to God I know where he went. Someday we'll "Walk around Heaven All Day"
