My Grandma Betty was someone very important to me. She helped me with a lot in my life advice with friends she knew when someone was not nice to me. She alwys said to me let me handle them you don't worry about it. She helped me with that and gave me the best advice on life I miss her each and everyday not a day goes by where I do t think of her I miss her so dearly. She made my day everyday she said I was her favorite and I spoke to grandma a lot on the phone. Mom had a tough exterior, and was quite a formidable lady, but once you were past that she was very compassionate and giving, sometimes to a fault. If their is such a thing. Many would say she had a real presence about her. She was definitely the Matriarch of our family, and no one could ever fill that position the way she has. She was loved deeply by her children and grandchildren.

Most importantly she knew our Lord Jesus as savior. We believe in the promise of salvation through Jesus Christ and the fact that one day we'll meet again. This life is but a vapor compared to eternity, and the Lord is our sustenance. In that we can be assured

I didn't know Betty personally but spoke to her on the phone quite a bit when I called Universal. She always took care of our needs and am so sorry to hear this news. It is very strange but my birthday is March 7 too only the year is different, mine is 1945. We will keep her in our prayers (Falcon Northeast.)

I remember a beautiful woman who was deeply loved by her children, grandchildren and those who knew her. I met her 40 years ago and I remember thinking how pretty she was then and still remained thru her life. . It was a privilege to have met you Betty and may your soul be resting in the loving embrace of our father, surrounded by the love and warmth of those who have passed before you.
