My Father and mother got married Feb 8 1957. I was born in 1959 and I remember so much as a child growing up. She had a terrible life. She was always there for everyone including my father but seemed to always to get knocked down no matter what she did. She always kept things hidden so people never really knew the truth, but I was there so I do know the truth. My mother had problems that stemed from her childhood and no one understood that so they just put her down for things she did or said. I love you mom and I understand now about everything and I love you. You were the best that you can be as a mother and a wife and a person. No one is perfect if we were we`d be called "God". I wish you were here longer for us as the kids really missed you when you left. And the boys were little and they would have loved to go fishing with you when they got a little older, they were almost there. Johnny knew before anyone that something was happening that night and I knew it happened before the phone call. I will be broken until the day we are reunited in Heaven. I know you are there because God only takes the best and he knew you were the best! I love you Mom.

My mother had a very hard life growing up. They didn`t have much money but had each other. She had one brother David Legg and two sisters Sylvia Legg (Powell) and Lillian Legg (Mills). Her Dad was very abusive with them all, physically,mentally and sexually.
