I met Billie in the first grade. Always enjoyed being around her and we went to the same schools together until we graduated. My favorite memory of her is her sitting on a desk in class with her guitar singing "House of the Rising Sun," Any time since then, I couldn't hear that song without thinking of her and I still do. Will always be one of my favorite songs and memories. Through the world that is Face Book, we reconnected several years ago. Billie was a strong, independent woman and I always loved and admired her. She was opinionated and had no problem giving you her opinion and standing up for what she believed was right. The thought that I will never see or talk to Billie again causes me great pain. But I find comfort in knowing she is not suffering and is happy. I pray for Beth and for Billie's family for the strength and courage to continue on after such a great loss.

Billie, you will forever be in my heart. The toughest supervisor I have ever encountered with a heart of gold. I will forever cherish all you have taught me and I miss you dearly.

Billie,
Words can not describe the pain I felt when I heard of your passing. I will always cherish the things you have taught me. You were the toughest supervisor I have ever ever had but you also had a bigger heart to match. I will miss you and your crazy wit but I will forever cherish the memories you left me with. Fly high my angel!
