Mr. Billy Wayne Wilson was born June 10, 1950 to Mr. Clisby Wilson Sr. and Mrs. Annie Bell Wilson.

At an early age he joined Corinth Missionary Baptist Church and gave his life to Christ. He attended and graduated B.B. Comer High School in 1968.

On March 30, 1974 he married the love of his life, Mrs. Louchrisher Kinis Jean Hill Wilson. With this union they share seven children.

In May of 1978 he graduated form Talladega College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.

Afterwards he started his 20 year career at Russell Mills where he
held many positions working his way up to Assistant Plant Manager.Later
he became Plant Manager at Frontier Yarns where he worked until he retired
in 2003.

Mr. Wilson was an active member of Corinth Missionary Baptist
Church where he served as chairman of the Deacon Board, Member of the
Trustee Board and Superintendent of Sunday School. Later in life he decided
to follow his wife and become a member of First Baptist Church of
Rockford. There he served as Vice-Chairman of the Deacon Board and a
Member of the Trustee Board.

Mr. Wilson departed this life on Thursday, October 9,2014 at the
University of Alabama in Birmingham, Alabama.

Mr. Wilson was preceeded in death by: his loving wife, Mrs.
Louchrisher Wilson; his father, Mr. Clisby Wilson, Sr.; his mother, Mrs.
Annie Bell Wilson; brother, Mr. Cliflord Ray Wilson.
Mr. Billy Wayne Wilson leaves to cherish his memories: six
daughters, Tilta Hill of Alexander City, Alabama,Tarran (Marcus) Brown
of Sylacauga, Alabama, Valissa Wilson of Montgomery, Alabama, Sheree
(Chris) Hughes of Sylacauga, Alabama, Shalanda (Dante) Crenshaw of
Mobile, Alabama and Batina (Tremayne) Benson of Andalusia, Alabama;
one son, Jaworski (Veronica) Wilson of Oxford, Alabama; gne honorary son,
Mon Yowe of Childersburg, Alabama; fifteen grandkids, Ashley Burns, a
special granddaughter who he raised from the age of 4,Javos Brown , Zaneta
Wilson, Badarius Wilson, Sheraina Boleware, Justis Garrett, JKoby Brown,
Zania Wilson, Journie Crenshaw, Peyton Young, Isaiah Wilson, Xayvier
Crenshaw, Alana Benson, Elijah Wilson and Trenton Benson; one great
grandchild, Aubrey Jackson; six brothers, Alfonzo Wilson of Sylacauga,
Alabama, James Wilson of Sylacauga, Alabam4 Larry Wilson of Huntsville,
Alabama, Clisby (Caroline) Wilson, Jr. of Sylacauga, Alabama, Danny
(Lilian) Wilson of Hillsborough, New Jersey and Thomas Dandridge of
Sylacauga, Alabama; two sisters, Alberta (Charles) Cook of Sylacauga,
Alabama and Lennie Turner of Detroit, Michigan; fwo aunts, Sally player
of Sycamore, Alabama and Vennie Cook of Washington, DC and a host of
aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.
