Bobbie Grace Currin Jackson, 80, a longtime resident of Granville County passed away Monday, October 14, 2013 at Rex Hospital in Raleigh.
A native of Onslow County, the daughter of the late Trupe and Ruby Weaver Currin and the widow of John Furman Jackson Jr. She was a lifetime member of Fellowship Baptist Church and co-owner of Dutchville Builders in Creedmoor.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Friday, October 18, 2013 in the Eakes Funeral Chapel in Creedmoor by Rev. Dan Hill. Burial will be in Carolina Memorial Gardens in Creedmoor.
Surviving are two daughters, Jan Jackson Faircloth (Jacky) of Swansboro, Lorrie Jean Jackson Moss of Creedmoor, two sisters, Edna Currin Erickson of Raleigh, Martha Currin Whitfield of West Palm Beach, Fla., a brother C.W. Currin Sr. of Creedmoor, two grandchildren, Kevin Faircloth (Allison), Kara Faircloth Metcalf(Kevin), three great grandchildren and her longtime caregiver, Dorothy Snow. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Mamie Alice Currin, Carolyn Currin Turner and a brother, Dan Currin.

Visitation will be held Friday, October 18, 2013 from 10:00—11:00AM prior to the funeral service at the Eakes Funeral Home in Creedmoor.
