Bonnie Marie Porch, 85, died on Saturday, February 21, 2015 in Canton, GA.  She was born on September 22, 1929 in Oak Ridge, LA to the late Roy and Bettie Bell Windsor.   She married William Arthur Porch “Bill” on October 21, 1950.  This year, they would have celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary.

She was the devoted mother of five children, a dedicated teacher of elementary school students, and a devout Episcopalian.  Her ministry as a member of The Order of the Daughters of the King and the time spent with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren brought much joy to her life.

She is preceded in death by two brothers, John and Roy, and one son, John.  She is survived by her husband; one daughter, Ginny Stratton (David); three sons, Cliff (Brenda), Bill (Alecia); and Mark (Kellie); 11 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; as well as beloved nieces, nephews and cousins.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, February 27, 2015 at St. Clement’s Episcopal Church in Canton.  A burial service will be held in Louisiana later this spring.
