When I think of Bonnie I keep coming back to this verse. To so many people she had a big influence with her words " whatever you do, always take a moment to tell the people you love that you love them" . Love you babe. See you again one day.

If I speak in the tongues[a] of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. 2 If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. 3 If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast,[b] but do not have love, I gain nothing.

4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

8 Love never fails.

When I met Bonnie, I was 15 years old.  She treated me as if I were her own daughter and later,  I did become her daughter in law.  I have LOTS of memories and good times to look back on because of her.  Sitting around the table playing games, going to the movies, long talks, and many many laughs, an awesome Nana to her grandgirls. She was always there to listen and give advise.  Since she was a mother figure....of course we didn't "always" see eye to eye on things LOL, BUT we always managed to get through things and keep a good relationship...even after Michael and I went our seperate ways, she always loved me and treated me as if I were her daughter.  She also accepted my other daughter from a new marriage as if she were hers as well.  What a lady. Such a lady that even if she were going through hard times she could still make you feel better and give encouragement about something you were going thorough despite what was going on with her....so strong, till the very end.  God gained a beautiful angel...but now I know I have yet another angel to look over me and my girls.
