I want to add this funny story about Bro Bill for all of you to laugh and remember the funster that he was.....

I remember we were getting ready for a Revival at New Life Baptist Church. Well my family, Don, Andrew and I arrived at New Life and proceeded to our seat in the middle section up near the front. We liked to be close when they had special speakers. Well we were walking to our seats and we noticed Bro Butler laying on his back on the top step of the Altar area. Well my husband being who he is (meaning a smart alec like Bro Bill could be LOL) stated what are you doing Bro Bill trying to get closer to God, well I think you need to roll over to pray dont you? 

Well Bro Butler, as he always did, had a quick comeback, and he said NO I dont need to get closer to God lying here, I am lying here to help my back problem it stretches my back better.

Don said to him, want me to come walk on your back for you that might help?  Again quick as a wink Bro Butler stated Hmmmm well Don let me pray about that, and not even a few seconds later, he said an emphatic NO! 

Don said WOW that was fast, and Bro Bill said well when your as close to God as I am you dont have to wait all day for an Answer...... Now doesnt that sound like Mr Bill Butler.....LOL.
