We will all miss this brilliant, dedicated engineer and outstanding amateur astronomer and photographer. Always approachable and even-tempered, Bryan was a pleasure to work with and even more enjoyable to chat with about mutual interests such as skiing and astronomy. I know we will all come together to help his family as we grieve this terrible loss of a great colleague and wonderful person.

I had the pleasure to know and work with Bryan for the past 8 years @Cisco.  Forget that he was an amazing and incredibly knowledgeable colleague in his very complex field of Computer Data Centers.  Most importantly, he was a fabulous human being, who always was willing to help and always with a smile.
You are already sorely missed: Bryan.

I had the pleasure of working with Bryan at Cisco, and I can honestly say that he was so much more than a technically knowledgeable person. He was a wonderful human being who was eager to go above and beyond both professionally and personally.  He will be greatly missed by his colleagues and customers.
