He had nothing to do with his birth
Not the year, the month nor the date
But the world was made a better place
On June tenth, nineteen ninety-eight
He did more for so many people
In the short time that he was here
Than most of us have done all our life
As we lived year after year
In each and every one of our hearts
He has a very special place
For he left a mark upon this world
That will never be erased
Seven is God's perfect number
So his task must have been complete
Live on little angel and watch over us
'Til the day comes when again we meet
Likewise, he had nothing to do with his death
And though this tragedy was unforeseen
He made the Hall of Fame in heaven
By what he did with "THE DASH IN BETWEEN"

A Little Comedian
I remember one day NeNe was talking on the phone to our mother, Lil' Wayne's great-grandmother. If my memory serves me correctly, Lil' Wayne asked to talk to her. When he got the phone, he asked her if she wanted to speak to his sister Ashley. She said yes. So he held on for a minute and then in a high pitched voice he said, hello, this is Ashley. My mama started talking to him and asking questions. She really did not know it was Lil' Wayne on the other end. He started cracking up. It was so funny. He was so funny. I still laugh about that today. He is still living in my heart.
The greatest little boy that ever lived
Those of you who knew Lil' Wayne, knew he was a fun-loving little boy. He never met a stranger. Everyone who met him never forgot him, even if they only met him once. He had that magnetizing spirit about him. Lil' Wayne, I love and miss you so much. I remember right before God came and got you, we were trying to find a way to get you to Atlanta so you could go and see Dr. Marfa Lufa King's house. That's how he pronounced it.
