Ms. Carol Ann Terrell of Hogansville Georgia died Sunday, March 27, 2016 at Piedmont Healthcare in Atlanta, Georgia.
Funeral services will be Sunday, April 3, 2016 at 3:00 PM at Springfield Baptist Church in Hogansville, Georgia. Rev. Reginald Wade, Pastor and Rev. Jimmy Stanley, Eulogist.
Interment will be held at the Westview Cemetery.
The family can be contacted at the residence of her Mother (Mrs. Eddis Terrell) at 410 South Bolee Street, Hogansville, Georgia.
