Thabang Solomon "Chako" Tsotetsi was born on the 06th July 1986 at Duduza.

His days of schooling started at Mabel Zozo crèche from 1989 to 1991.

He thereafter went to Mmuso Primary School from 1992 to 1999, then advanced to Esibonelwesihle High School from 2000 to 2004 where he completed his Grade 12.

In 2005, he proceeded to study Financial Information Systems at Vaal University of Technology and completed his B-Tech Degree in 2009.

 

His working life started at Dawn 2 Dawn where he worked as a Junior Technical Consultant from 2009 to 2010.

He then moved to Advance-APPS where he worked as an Oracle Technical Consultant from 2010 to July 2011.

As his career progressed, he moved to South African Information and Technology Agency, (SITA), in the same year; 2011, where he still held the same title, Oracle Technical Consultant, and then advanced to ICT Works as an Oracle Technical Developer until December 2011.

He moved to greener pastures in January 2012 and was employed by MTN, based at the client: IBM Global Services, where he carried out his duties as an Oracle SCM Techno-Functional Consultant until his last moment with us.

On the 3rd of March  2012 he started venturing in other business interests and registered a private company called Gnosis Code (PTY) LTD with his peers, he was acting the roles of Managing Director, Project Manager and Financial Manager.

Thabang is survived and will be dearly missed by his son Oratilwe, his parents Boiki and Regina Tsotetsi, his sister Mosele, his brother Pele, his nieces Tumi and Dineo and his nephews Kamohelo and Thato.
