This memorial was created in memory of my  beloved grandpa Charlie. He  passed away on May 21, 2006. He was a  Army Veteran of WWII, he retired from the A&P Tea Co. He LOVED  fishing he was gonna take me fishing he said but then he got sick :{ He also did  volunteering at the St. Francis de Sales Church soup kitchen also he was  a member of Teamsters Local 20. He also was a huge fan of all the polish events around Toledo. I remember going to those events with him growing up. His favorite polish song is Apples, Peaches, Pumpkin Pie I went to this past polish fest and had them do a  dedication for him and they played that song. Grandpa I know that you could hear it from heaven and you were listening to it smiling down.  I miss you so very much grandpa not a day goes by that I dont wish you were here. When you passed away a huge part of me went with you that i wont ever get back. May you Rip until we meet again...
