I had the privilege of knowing Chuck, and also was the photographer of this picture. The motorcycle trip we took up to big bear that year was a great ride. Chuck, Marcus and I had some good memories from that weekend. I ways enjoyed the time I spent with Chuck and Marcus. Chuck was a kind and gentle man, and saw the world though thoughtful and optimistic eyes. I took the picture in black and white thinking it would offer a nostalgic sense to that days ride. Im glad to have been a part of that memory, and I'm honored to have known Chuck.
