on march 10th 2011 ....i lost nmy ''soulmate''.he was unique.ill never find another man like him , he'll always be in my heart .his poor old dog ''wolf'' still goes and peeps in the kitchen , hoping its charles neil .then he hangs his head down and retreats to his ''cave''.little roycee still hangs out in papaws room ...remembering......the girls, bree and kala only go in to pet ''wolf'.

I really miss my uncle he was such a loving. And caring man he loved all of us kids and always had us laughting. When I was a kid I would court down the days until I got to go to Texas to spend the summer with my aunt and uncle. They always give me all the love in the world and took me to so many places. Uncle Charlie is truly missed and forever and always stay in my heart. I love you unc

It soon became apprent that Neil could & would tear up a steel ball with a tooth pick. He tore up every car or truck he ever had. Most were given to him by Little Charles Wallace or yours truely. Yep tore up all of them.Neil loved with the most honest & easy going heart. Would give you anything you ask from him.Heis missed. Someday when this life is over , i pray that we can carry on again

Many years ago sister brought this ragged looking coonass into my life.He did not wear his clothes, they just hung onto him. He was a real friendly character as i said from south Louisanna with a heart as big as texas & a smile that told you that he knew something that you didnt know. Neil made me fall in love with him & respect the way he lived. He came to be one of those few true friends

charles neil and i were married 37 years .he was from louisiana .all children loved him .he hunted , fished and we traveled .we had no children , but were blessed with 3 grand children , plus many ,many nieces and nephews .our favorite song was ''all i have to offer you is me''.i cant wait to see him again .he was a christian love you , neil.

Miss you Uncle Neil.  Sometimes it just dosent seem right seeing Aunt Charlie with you as her side kick. But I am doing my best to help her get through this as well as everyone else does. We love and miss you.
