A Heartfelt Tribute by your Wife - Ann Ebubedike

January 6, 2016

What is there to say? There are no words to express how I feel. I am heartbroken.

Never will I see that mischievous smile that I love so much on your face. Never will I see the light dancing in your eyes. Never will I hear you call me 'Nkem' ever so fondly. Never will I see our children clamoring for your attention.

My love, my heart, my world has turned dark without you! My joy has turned into sorrow. My life feels empty without you. You were my husband, my love and my all. You were my only friend! My only confidant! How will I live without you?

This loss is too much to bear. The world was a better place with you in it. You were a wonderful person! Kind hearted! Eager to help a friend in need! So many people depended on your kind gestures. You are an irreplaceable loss to all around you.

You were the shield protecting our kids and i. Now that you are gone, it's like we are in a raging storm.

One promise that I am making to you is that I will live for our children. I will raise them the way you will want me to. I will fight for them. When I look at them, I see you. I know that you are living on through them.

My love, I miss you so much! Our children miss you too. I love you and will keep loving you till the day I leave this wicked world to see you again.

Farewell my love till we meet again!

Ogo Had a Beautiful Soul

January 6, 2016

My brother had an infectious smile and that carried him through life. A great business man, Ogo was not afraid to take risks. A shinning star whose life was cut short, but forever lives with the Lord! Ogo, you are not forgotten. The Lord that made you and fashioned you in your mother's womb, who allowed us to enjoy you for a while on earth, will see you through your journey in paradise in Jesus name.

Ogo 's Life and Tribute by Big Sister Chichi

Charles Ogochukwu Chikadibia Ebubedike was born on March 24, 1976 to the family of Mazi Hyacinth and Lolo Eunice Ebubedike of Unubi, Nnewi South local Government Area of Anambra State, Nigeria. He completed his early childhood and secondary education in Nigeria before migrating to Atlanta, Georgia, U.S.A to join his family and to complete his post-secondary education. Within 5 years of his arrival to the United States, Ogo, popularly known as Charles to his friends, found his calling in the business arena. He gained several technical and management experiences in the toner cartridge industry which gave birth to his first sole business venture - Universal Laser Technologies. This company was successful but short lived because Ogo had a second passion for cars.

As young adults, I remembered how he admires every detail in a well-made car. From the tinted windows to the rims, Ogo loved cars and his dream was to own one of those dealerships someday. About 10 years ago, Ogo’s dreams came true and with just one car and a big trust in God, Golden Motors, Inc was born. I can proudly say that Ogo  has finally found his calling, because his beaming smile got bigger whenever he is working at Golden Motors or purchasing cars at the auction.

Ogo had so many friends. Everyone that knows him remembers his contagious smile. He was a shining star, a hard worker, and a loving brother. He loved life and will go to any length to offer help if it is his power to do so. As young adults, he sheltered and offered a safe haven to so many young Nigerians that were transitioning from Nigeria to the United States. His love for Nigeria and Nigerians led him to invest heavily in the country. Even though he died while building another home in Nigeria at a tender age, we will not question God because as Job rightly said: “The LORD gave, and the LORD has taken away, Blessed be the name of the LORD.” Job 1:20.

Ogo was married to Ann Ebubedike. They had 3 children: 9 years Old Ogo Junior, 6 years old Prince, and 7 Month Old AdaObi. He was also survived by his parents, and several brothers and sisters. Ogo my dear brother, Adieu and until we meet again, Rest in peace in the bosom of our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen
