Daddy yesterday was so hard for me... It's been 4 long yrs that u left me... I miss u more each and everyday... When u left u took apart of me with u... At first I was so mad at u for leaving me behind and tellin me goodbye.... But then I realized u r always with me no matter where I am... U would never leave me alone.. Well daddy its been almost 2 yrs since u passed and my heart still brakes everyday. MacKinzie and Bryson ask about u everyday they want u to b here wit them. They miss there papaw playing wit them and Bryson miss's cuddling wit u. We miss u so much. Aug 18th and Oct 17th was really hard for me. But the kids made it a little easier. On ur b'day they sang u happy b'day papaw we luv u. I<3u

Ray had worked with my brother in law Billy Arwood years back, Billy always talked good about him. Then Ray and I got to be good neighbors , it was good times back then. He will be missed.

We had a hard life growing up but it was a good life mom and dad had 17 kids in all we didn't have a lot didn't have candy chips and things like that but we never went hungry mom and dad did the best they could you was a little bit of mean streak in you at times but we loved one another we would go fishing and go swimming and tell mom we fell in I don't think she believe us because we get a whipping I mis you ray just wish your kids was close to me like we were I love you and miss you Ray miss the talks we would have on the phone. I remember way back when we lived on Jake's place in pigeon forge you got up with a mean streak in you mom told us to clean the house of course you didn't help i was in the kitchen moping the floor you would run in back door up the stare and out front i told you to stop you did this about 4 times i was waiting for you at the bottom of stars with the mop about the time your foot hit the floor i swing the mop handle and hit you in the eye you had a black eye for a week and mom ask you what happen you did nt wont to tell her what you were doing so you told her you fell while you were moping and hit the Conner of the table but i think she knew what had happen i hope this will be a blessing to your kids to read this just know i love you verry much
