Charles "Charlie" McClendon, 49 
 Charlie was a man who had an abounding love for Christ as well as a love for everyone he came in contact with. He had a smile that would light up the room. Charlie leaves behind not only a loving family but many wonderful friends. Charlie graduated in 1981 from Grapevine High School. Charlie lived and grew up in the Colleyville/Grapevine area until 2001 when he moved to Boyd Texas. Charlie was preceded in death by his father, Ray McClendon and a brother, Ricky McClendon. Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Joanne McClendon; brother, Mike McClendon and wife Alane; sister, Cindi Rodriguez and husband Angel; sister, Eva McClendon; fiance, Cindy Steele (his Sunshine); nephews, Chris Rodriguez, Danny McClendon,Joe Pfefferkorn, Mike Pfefferkorn & Matt Pfefferkorn.
