JULIE AND FAMILY i AM SO SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS, CHERYL WAS A SWEET PERSON VERY THOUGHTFUL OF OTHERS, SHE WILL BE MISSED
Cheryl Lynn Hagwood Nowell, 53, went to be with the Lord on June 18, 2017. Born in Franklin County, she was the daughter of Wayne and Mary Lou Hagwood. She was of the Baptist faith and a retiree of John Umstead, in Butner. She is survived by her husband, Jay Nowell; son, Chris Garrett, of the home; father, Wayne, and stepmother Ernestine Hagwood, of Louisburg; sister, Julie Riggan, of Rolesville; stepdaughters, Talon Kulp and Candace Dunagin. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Lou Faulkner Hagwood.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, June 21st at 11:00 A.M. in the Carolina Memorial Gardens, in Creedmoor, with Pastor Jim Shelley officiating. Visitation will follow the Graveside Service.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to First Baptist Creedmoor, P.O. Box 38, Creedmoor, N.C. 27522.

Julie I am sorry to hear about Cheryl. I was not able to attend the service, but please know that my thoughts and prayers are with your family. Please know that she is at peace and if there is anything that I can do for you, let.me.know. I recently went through this with my dad and it is not easy. Love you all and may God be with you and give you peace and comfort.

To all of Cheryl's family we are so very sorry of her passing away. Just talked to her little over a week ago. She asked how I was doing and that she had been praying for me. Even though we had not seen her in awhile it's still hard to believe she is gone.
We are sorry we won't be able to be at her service but please know we are keeping all of you in our prayers.
