Poor little boo was always in the background of our family videos because I was such a camera hog. My mom was constantly saying MOVE Ginny, this is Christopher's baby video. Kids are such brats. He was finicky, but so clean and orderly. (I don't know what happened later) I remember his first birthday he started shrieking when he got cake on his hands. When my mom cleaned it off he was happy as a clam again. He also started cleaning before he could even walk, who does that? My dad left a CD out and Christopher crawled over to the table, pulled himself up, grabbed the CD and crawled over to the CD tower and put it away. He had the most gorgeous silky blonde hair. My mom never wanted to cut it so she let it grow almost to his shoulders. It was so stinkin cute and perfect. Any girl would have killed for hair like that. Later it became dark brown and incredibly thick, people would swoon over it at the hair cuttery. Of course I was mad jealous.

Best day of my life!! I was so happy to have a baby brother that I wanted to sing a song to him.  I sang rockabye baby but had no idea how the words went so I made them up. Baby fell out of the tree and blood was everywhere, blah blah blah and a bunch of weirdness... it was probably mortfying for my parents, but just the kind of random, ridiculous song that Christopher would have written had he been the older sibling.

He came out crying like most babies, but the skin between his eyebrows became this bright red triangle.  That triangle showed up almost every time he cried as a kid and for much of his life.  It was like a warning light going off that oh no, here come the tears!
