|Let the memory of Pete be with us forever|
Sure has been a while. It's crazy to see what the last five years has given us all. I still miss you daily, but I still try to be the strong one for everyone and remind them of the good times when the tears start falling.
School is going as well as it can right now. To be honest though, it's more of a struggle than I'm willing to admit. I know I'll get through it somehow, but I may choose a different path than veterinary, not because of the difficulty, but because I have other dreams and they aren't as expensive as vet school will turn out to be.
I'm still doing my best to be a good sister to Annie and make myself into someone she can say she's proud of.
I have met an amazing man whom I wish you could have met. His name is Trevor. You would love him.
I love you Grandpa and I hope you're resting peacefully and smiling down on all of us. Until we meet again..."
"Happy Birthday Pete. We all miss you every single day. Your laugh, your jokster ways, we miss it all. enjoy the day with Jim and Patti, who shares your day, all of you have a great time with lots of laughs. Love you bud."
"I miss you today, I missed you yesterday, and I miss you tomorrow. All the things you told me about people and friends you were right. Everything is going well, you were right. I am taking care of Mom for you, your yard and your vehicles. Tomorrow is your birthday we will be out to share a drink with you.. Love and miss you..."
"Love and miss you Pete,,, all the fun, the laughs,, oh how I miss all the laughs. You were more a brother to Jim than a cousin so that means you and Judy are brother and sister to us. Trying to honor Jim and you by staying in contact with both your beautiful wife and daughter. Lots of memories to retain and new ones to still make, but still miss Jim and you both very much. love you."
"Dad, I miss you every day...I realize why you put in in control of those vehicles..I am washing them , driving them . Not as many car shows as you did maybe that will change. Miss you always...miss talking to you the most the phone calls.."
"Best Dad, miss going to car shows with you. miss going shopping with you and miss our talks."
