Mrs. Claudia Carlisle was born March 28, 1925 to the parentage of the late Ebb and Fannie Mae Zackery in Randolph County, Alabama.

She departed this life on August 9,2015 at Talladega Health and Rehab in Talladega, Alabama.

She was preceded in death by: her husband, Mr. Odell Carlisle; one daughter, Mary Awt Zachery; two sons, James Odell Carlisle, Jim Henry Carlisle; 4 sisters, Ms. Adella Zachery, Ms. Lucille James, Ms. Sally King and Ms. Mary Cobb; 6 grandchildren, Gwendolyn Carlisle of Daviston, Alabama, Aaron Carlisle of Ellenton, Florida, James Kyron Carlisle ofAlexander City, Alabama, Allen Zachery of Chicago, Illinois, Sharon Zachery of MN and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
