My couz Tammy & I

November 13, 2010

I remember when Tammy and I were kids,  She spent the night at our house with me. And she and I stayed up all night long. I had lost a tooth. And she was telling me a story about the tooth fairy and her coming in the room through the window when her and I would finally fall asleep. She would take my tooth and leave me money. Her story was one that should of been published. It was so beautiful and interesting. I was totally convinced of The Tooth Fairy that night. She also used to have this saying , she always said. And she helped me over and over to memorize it. Don't know why I wanted to memorize it. But she said it all the time. And finally I asked her if she would teach it to me. I still know it to this day. So I am posting it, it is kind of a strange little jingle. But , back then I thought it was so cool.    Here it is :  Hello many many chow chow oh pea wow wow itty ity otie....... youuuuuuuuuuuuuuu whoooooooo!!!   lol  I know  I know. Well those were the days. :)

My story of her

November 13, 2010

Well my story is gonna be a little different then most. I feel it needs to be told.

I was about eight yrs old and I remember going to her house to spend the night. Which felt weird since she had no T.V. Since she had six children she didn't have to much money. I remember she was fixing dinner and I thought it was weird because she would fix Ramon noodles with poached eggs in it. Then after her kids would go to bed she would get her Bible out and talk about her god and would have so much compassion for him. It made me think of how she loved him so much. I went to a few meetings with them and wasn't sure about it at first, but something she said must of lite a light in my life. For many years after that I would go to her house and talk about the Bible with her and to see her light up the way she did was wonderful.  Then I found that God had a name and it is Jehovah made things a little more easy for me. As I grew up I have reservations about other religions and always kept the things in the back of my mind when around them as well. I did however think my aunt was weird and kinda did things I wasn't proud of. Made fun of her and her beliefs when I was around my friends and others. When in all reality I was wrong fro doing so! My mom started to study the Bible after my Aunt passed away and then I told her not to give up on me. Because of my aunt Tammy I am one of Jehovah's Witness today. Her convect ions about her love for Jehovah gave me the will to finally come to my senses, and love him as much as I can. I want to thank you Tammy for believing in the things you taught and I love you for that. I hope to see you in Paradise and get to tell you how and when I finally gave my love to Jehovah as well. Sleep well my sweet aunt till we meet again!
