CHIEF CYPRIAN REGINALD ONYEKAOZURU EZEJI AGIM KSC, FCIPM, MNIM, Ugwumba Okata, Ugo Umunumo, Mmiri naedoro oha Egbema, Enyioha Obubu, was born on October 6, 1947. His parents were married in January 1947 and his father Cyprian Benedict died in April 1947. His mother Violet (nee Nwokorie Ebo), was happy that her son was going to a choice college; Government College Afikpo, before her death in 1960. She had inculcated in her son the virtues of being a Christian and a devout Anglican. Both his grandmothers (Esther and Rachael) and mother were staunch members of the Women's Guild and Mothers Union. The role of these women's organizations during the funeral of his mother etched deep impressions on the young orphan.
