First born of Eliseo Tenza and Felipa Pascual , our eldest brother Dalmacio 'daddy Dalmy' has gone to rest in the Lord, June 8, 2014. . He was born on January 8 1941. He was 73 years of age. We sorely miss him and going to for a long long time. Our music man, archivist, collector, 'yaya', security guard . very decent gentle soft spoken fellow, ever enduring of whatever situation was dished out to him. I have never seen him not praying to thank God, before meals since we were young. Graduated at Cubao Elementary School, 1954 , FEU Boys' High School, studied Civil Engineering at Polytechnic Colleges of the Phils, Architecture at Far Eastern University and Interior Design at PSID ..among others. A Boy Scout in his youth and a nature lover.. artist ..so creative. Parting is such sweet sorrow , we love you and miss you , 13 years with me, but i know you are now in the place where you will just be smiling and singing and this time in tune.. with the choir of angels in heaven.

Multiple interests and hobbies

If you've been reading our posts, you already know about his great big collection of video games, stamps, coins, and, some excellent magazines. etc. All of these were for sharing. He would know the story behind each coin. The games were for all us kids to unwind. If i'm not wrong, he had music records as well. But he was neat. My father told me that at some time they had to share a room, and they would have great big arguments over my father's mess. Daddy Dalmy's side of the room would be clean.

Apparently in high school, Daddy Dalmy used to play chess. He used to play some basketball too.

Perhaps the most interesting fact thus far, is that he never went after any girls, but girls would chase after him.

The nurses who worked with Lola Pamping were always asking her about him. :)

Daddy Dalmy

Dalmacio P. Tenza was the eldest son of Eliseo Tenza Sr., and Felipa P. Tenza.

Jan 8, 1941 - June 8, 2014

He loved his nieces and nephews and took care of them, that is why he was called, "Daddy Dalmy."

He was a kind-hearted and decent man. Rest in peace, Daddy, and may the Lord keep you safe and free from pain.
