Another year has gone by without you, 10 years ago today I lost you and I will never get over it, I learn to live with it and adapt to the life I have now. Your son Grayson is the reason and my purpose in my life now, if not for him I truly would not know where I would be. I try to find happiness in things and finding new interests that keep me busy. I know you would want me to move on and I am, however, I will never be the same person as I use to be. My solice is that I know when it is my time I will be with you again and that gives me peace, when that day comes I will be so ready to hold you in my arms again. Son today you would have been 31. It has been 9 yrs since you left this earth and it still feels like yesterday. I am getting through this thing called life. I have to say I am not the same since you have been gone. The only reason I get through it is because of your son Grayson he is 9 yrs old now and he looks just like you and has your same mannerisms. You gave me the best gift of all my grandson and for that I am truly blessed and thankful. Grayson gives me a purpose to go on and I find happiness in being a grandma. He calls me "Nini". He is so smart and he has your same interests basketball, skateboarding, drawing he is musically inclined he plays the piano. He is in the special and gifted class. You would be so proud of him. I miss you everyday I talk to you everyday. I see your signs that you give me and I feel your presence. That gives me comfort knowing you are always with me.
