The Bibles Promise

September 4, 2012

I didn't know Danne Sue, but I can see from the other message that she touched many hearts and will be missed dearly. I wanted to express my sympathy towards her friends and family and hopefully share some comforting words with you.

I too have lost loved ones in death and I know the feeling all to well of heartache. But I have found comfort in the scriptures that gives mankind hope about our dead loved ones. I've learned that God has a name at, Psalms chapter 83 verse 18, Jehovah, and he wants people to use it and come to know the truth about him and his son Jesus. Through his word the Bible at 2Corinthians 1:3, it says that Jehovah is a God of all comfort. He surely knows the pain you are experiencing with the death of your loved one and wants to take that pain away from you. We have reassurance of that because the Bible also holds out another promise at John chapter 5 verse 28 and 29. There it says that all those in the memorial tombs will come out and be resurrected to a paradise earth. How comforting it is to know that Jehovah God through his son Jesus will soon bring our loved ones back to life. The Bible also explains what will happen to the enemy death at Revelation chapter 21 verse 3 and 4. It says that death will be no more or pain -the former things have passed away. That's a time we can look forward to in the near future.

I hold these promises near to my heart and I hope they have brought you comfort as well. If you would like to hear more about the promises that the Bible holds for mankind please do not hesitate to contact me: encouragement99@gmail.com

With Deep Sympathy,

Stacy K.
