Mothers are like precious gold but priceless. Darlene Harris was precious and priceless. For the time I knew her she was loving, humorous, and wise. As I looked around me I could see how she impacted other lives. I miss her presence, her phone calls, and her hospitality. Ms. Harris may have moved on to a better place but her spirit can be felt as if she never left. I will always remember her and all the love she gave to others.
God says, " It is appointed unto man to dies once. Keeping this in mind it helps to understand the departure of Ms. harris and that it is only temporary. Every one who knew her will have an opportunity to reunite with her under better circumstances where departing from loved ones will exist no more. So I say Ms. Harris I love you and one day we will talk and laugh again just as we did before you moved on. I know God has provided a place for you that far exceeds what this world can offer. 
May we all honor her memories and all she believed and stood for.
