Reverend David F. Dozier Jr., 71 of Phenix City, AL, passed Friday, July 11, 2014 at St. Francis Hospital.
Homegoing Celebration: Saturday, July 19, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Holsey Chapel CME Church with Pastor Jamie L. Capers officiating.
The visitation will begin Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m. at the church.
Family members and friends are asked to assemble at the church.

I can remember Bunny as a High School classmate, Bandmate (an outstanding Trumpet player), and a part of our adjoining neighborhoods. "REST IN PEACE"!!

I can't remember the year I met David, it is as if I have always known him. His beautiful personality and smile always made me happy. His preaching and prayers will be missed so much. My heart is heavy having to say good bye to my wonderful friend. I will miss those hugs every Sunday and him calling me Darling.
May God guide you in the days to come.
