This memorial website was created in memory of our loved one, David Johnson, 58, born on September 17, 1956 and passed away on June 25, 2015. We will remember him forever.  Son of Warren and M. Jane Johnson.  He worked as a Free Lance HVAC Technician.  He is survived by his sister, Beth Myette; his children Shane Johnson, Dianna Sparks, and Sarah Gale.  His grandchildren Tyler, Trey, Brianna, Kalman, Katelyn, Zada, Jillian, Xzavier, and Danielle.  His niece Heidi Moffatt and his nephew Dakota Myette.  He was preceded in death by his father, Warren Johnson and his mother, M. Jane Johnson.


A memorial will be held at the Northside Knights of Columbus, 2100 East 71st, Indianapolis, IN 46220.  On July 11th from 12:00pm - 5:00pm.  This will be a casual, informal celebration of David's life.
