Dave was such a great guy and an awesome role model. It was obvious to everyone that he was a loving husband and father. I will always remember him with a big smile on his handsome face. We have lost a wonderful man, but heaven has gained another Angel! I am sending all of you guys lots of hugs. May God's hands hold you in a warm embrace throughout this difficult time. In the hardest hours, remember that he has no more pain, how lucky we all were to know him, and how lucky you were to have had him in your life! He would not want you to be sad and I am sure he is smiling down on you now! Love you all!

Dave was the most kind, happy, content person I've ever known. I have so many memories of him standing tall with that quiet smile and you just knew the wheels were turning inside his head. He had the best smile and you know he loved his family and friends. God bless you, Bonnie, Tammy, Rob, and Jeff. I am praying for you and yours.
