She was born on March 29, 1949 in Bethesda, Maryland the daughter of the late Edward R. and Hazel (Perry) Saunders, Jr. She was a Childcare Provider at the Manassas Baptist Church Pre-School.
Survivors include her husband, William H. Jacobs III; her daughter, Crystal Lynn Jacobs; four brothers, Edward R. “Ted” Saunders, Timothy G. Saunders and wife Robin, Thomas G. Saunders and wife Kimberli, Todd R. Saunders and wife Laurie.
