THANKSGIVING BRINGS BACK SO MANY WONDERFUL MEMORIES
OF MY MOTHER. SHE SET THE TABLE WITH HER FINEST CHINA,
MADE HER OWN PIES, STUFFING, TURKEY, FROM SOUP TO NUTS.
MOST OF ALL SHE ENJOYED HAVING ALL HER FAMILY THERE.
THANKSGIVING IS JUST NOT THE SAME WITHOUT HER....NOTHING IS THE SAME...I MISS HER SO MUCH

On Sunday morning November 20th a great woman left our family. She was the queen, the hub, the peace keeper, she was my Grandmother. Our family has been through a tough couple of weeks watching someone who has been there for so long slowly slip away.

Her sky blue eyes were beautiful, her mind stored memories, dates, and facts from before I was born. Her heart was bigger than the moon. Gram loved to cook, sew, travel and spend time with her family and friends. This time of year for her to pass is difficult for our family because Gram loved to cook Thanksgiving Dinner. From the napkins to the turkey and everything in between was perfect. She shined this time of year. It was a memorable experience for many years. She was missed this year.

Gram had a wonderful life and loved to travel. She will never ever be forgotten....so wherever it is she will travel i'm sure my Pop sill be waiting.

There will be a time when we pass. We can't take cars, money, jewelry boats or houses with us. All we have is the impression we leave on the family and friends in our lives. That's how one defines wealth. My Grandmother was rich in life...she left her stamp on all of us.

I will always love you and promise gto keep you and Pop in my memories

THERE ARE NO WORDS THAT CN BE EXPRESSED TO THE FAMILY TO HEAL SUCH GRIEF.WHILE I'M SADDENED FOR THE LOSS AND THE PAIN MY FAMILY IS DEALING WITH, I CAN ONLY THINK OF DE MARIS AND SMILE. SHE WAS A RADIANT WOMAN, WHO LIVED A FULL AND WONDERFUL LIFE. SHE WAS SUCCESSFULL ...SUCCESSFULL AND FULL...BECAUSE OF THE LOVE THAT SURROUNDED HER, LOVE OF HER FAMILY, LOVE OF HER FRIENDS...HER CUP RUNNETH OVER! DE MARIS GOT BACK WHAT SHE PUT OUT, NOTHING BUT LOVE AND GENEROSITY.

AS A GROWN WOMAN LOOKING BACK ON HER CHILDHOOD, DE MARIS AND CARMEN WERE ALWAYS THERE AS A PART OF MY EXTENDED FAMILY. SUMMERS AT THEIR SHORE HOUSE, OR AT THEIR PO0L AT THEIR HOME...OR WHEN I WAS AT A PARTICULAR LOW POINT IN MY LIFE IT WAS HER HOME I RAN TO, HER WORDS THAT COMFORTED ME, I DON'T EVER FORGET HOW SHE LIFTED ME AT THAT TIME,A WISE WOMAN WHO I ADMIRED ALWAYS.

IF I HAD TO SUM UP DE MARIS IN ONE WORD, IT WOULD BE GRACE. SHE HANDLED LIFE, FRIENDS, FAMILY, GOOD TIMES,BAD TIMES, EVERY MINUTE OF LIFE WITH GRACE. I HAVE YET TO MEET A PERSON WHO HAS IMPRESSED THAT UPON ME LIKE DE MARIS. A BEAUTIFUL AND RARE GIFT....AND SHE POSSESSED IT LIKE NO OTHER. THANK YOU FOR THE MEMORIES D! YOU WERE A RARE AND WONDERFUL WOMAN, WHO I ADMIRED...I WILL REMEMBER YOU ALWAYS
LOVE YOU

MY MOTHER WAS THE MOST WONDERFUL PERSON, SO KIND,CARING, AND GIVING. SHE WAS VERY FORTUNATE AND SHARED WHAT SHE HAD WITH OUR WHOLE FAMILY.MY CHILDREN, PHILLIP AND MARK HAD FRIENDS ON PRINCETON ROAD, THEY WERE THERE MOSTLY EVERY DAY. WONDERFUL MEMORIES OF THANKSGIVING DINNER'S. IT HAD TO BE A SIT-DOWN. EVEN THOUGH THERE WERE FIFTEEN TO TWENTY PEOPLE. SHE INSISTED ON USING HER GOOD CHINA WHICH HAD TO BE HAND WASHED. SHE CREATED SUCH A BEAUTIFUL DINNER, FROM SOUP TO NUTS AND ENJOYED EVERY MINUTE JUST KNOWING WE WERE ALL THERE. GROWING UP WE HAD SO MANY WONDERFUL TIMES ON PRINCETON ROAD. THEN THERE WAS CHRISTMAS...SHE WOULD WRAP EACH PRESENT IN THE MOST BEAUTIFUL PAPER AND BOWS. EVERY CHRISTMAS EVE SPENT ON JUNIPER STREET FOR THE ANNUAL BONETTI GATHERING...SO MANY MEMORIES. SUMMER VACATIONS IN OCEAN CITY ....SHE WOULD GET THE MOST BEAUTIFUL HOMES ON THE BEACH, EVEN THOUGH SHE NEVER WENT ON THE BEACH. SHE WAS CONTENT TO SIT AND READ THEN PLAN WHAT TO COOK FOR DINNER EVERY NIGHT. TRIPS TO ITALY, DISNEY CRUISE, FLORIDA...I COULD GO ON AND ON. MY MOTHER WAS VERY FORTUNATE AND HAD A GOOD LIFE....SHE SHARED WHAT SHE HAD WITH HER FAMILY. THERE'S SUCH A VOID WITHOUT HER...HOLIDAYS DON'T SEEM THE SAME...VACATIONS AREN'T THE SAME...LIFE ISN'T THE SAME
